Other KDC's subsidiary is Multi Marine Venture Inc. ("MMVInc") (Co. No.: LL10508) which is a wholly-owned by KDC. MMVInc registered office address at Labuan Federal Teritory, Malaysia. KDC's authorized capital and paid-up capital is RM10 million. We have bought one (1) unit of Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) 60MT vessel price at USD12.5 million from Nam Cheong International Ltd ("NCL"). The name of the AHTS vessel is SK Line 82@MV Adeena One. MMV is a licensed & registered with PETRONAS for the following Standardised Work & Equipment Categories (SWECs):- 1) SM3010101 - Marine Vessels/Anchor Handling Tug (AHT), Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS), Tow Tug Boat below 100 tonnes (Mode of Operation: Vessel Owner-Operator) 2) SM3010501 - Marine Vessels/Straight Supply Vessel (SSV) (Mode of Operation:Vessel Owner-Operator) MMV is encouraged to promote or introduce their OSV services to PETRONAS subsidiaries, Production Sharing Contractors ("PSC") or any other companies who are actively involved in the oil and gas industry. MMV provide service in OSV and supports offshore oil and gas Exploration and Production ("E&P") activities of oil majors. Different types of vessels provide various services to offshore rigs.
